Media hype over futuristic development, growsing dissent against congress and opposition had no proper face, changing politics across national scene and new power centers being created, CBN tapped them and national pride was at the highest after the KArgil war and nukes blast, Vajpayee factor etc...so many factors worked in favour of CBN.
