I went with tata nexon for my dad. like the style and features for the value. ASS depends on the dealer in ur city. But tata customer care is responsive (personal experience)

I own Tata Zest, AMT.. almost 3 years now. No problem so far. Build quality is faar better than maruthi. 

I think Tata has improved a lot with it's after sales service in recent times.

 entuku sodara naakuda personal experience ledu kaani, maa telisinolladaggara unnadi got good feedaback and even reviews about it are pretty good...
