career path for fresh graduates?

My cousin is graduating this Fall. Nowadays you know its very hard to get a job for OPTs in this scenario can you pls suggest any technology from which he can learn and get a job quickly. He has $18,000 educational loan to clear. So pls need your suggestions and advice. Thanks all in advance. Ask him to start making cold approaches and get comfortable talking to women in general

Ask him to use some Yves St Laurent lightly and go to networking events and social events

Find a nice girl, propose to her get married to her. 

Then apply for his GC EAD. 

Get his GC EAD, then think about what technology to get into.

Ask him to get into programming ( full stack developer) and also write certifications simultaneously. Early career lo certifications help to improve skill set and also marketing resume .
