I was talking to a real estate agent in Hyderabad and he told me that prices in Hyderabad and Bangalore for homes and apartments went up by 30 to 40% in the last year. Mostly US based buyers. Previously US based buyers used to ask for long term investments like plots but now most of them have moved to immediate investments like homes in case they had to go back..

US lo we almost set up restaurant in NJ, the guy who was being face ( GC holder fellow) asked for more cut without any investment so we backed off the project. konchem lossu ochchindii.
