10k sqft anukunta each floor, 5k sqft is min block size. We want to buy 5000 sqft costing around 3 cr

nenu seppindi AP state secretariat that will start construction from July 1st. Thread topic emo ICON tower gurunchi. ee tower lo 33 floors untayi with 11 lac sa. ft space for occupation. also built in exo skeleton method just like HSBC hong kong building. space available for office suits, floors for lease, residential apartments and restaurants on top floor. premium venture b/w govt and APNRT society.
