Yes you can do both...find a good realtor, real estate attorney, and a CPA, they will explain the paperwork.

I did try my hand in this one an year back...Mesa,Phoenix lo try chesinam...eventually I had to quit mid-way owing to jobs but two other friends who started it, seems to be doing with their flipping houses and last heard, they bought another house with all cash down at 190k and plans to renovate it now...second project in less than two years, so I guess they have been doing good.

I quit mid-way and turned my investment into finance rather than waiting for a return...

Guys, check out Phoenix market...house prices rising lo vunayi...and at the same time, cheap labour...infact, cheapest labour available vundi Phoenix lo....overall while renovating, you may even save upto 5k-10k overall on labour expenses...which is good saving and quick turn around...

north scottsdale is really good bro...as well as chandler market...

not exponentially high but, invest 150-200k....and you can make decent profit of 30k-50k in 6-7 months....3-4 projects in an year to start off will make you a top earning realtor...
