Urgent - Question H1 RFE

Room mate ki H1 meeda RFE padindi. Client site lo working. Client letter, vendor letter anni pettadu.. USCIS issued RFE asking about working at client site on OPT extension. They are asking about how he can work at the client site on OPT extension but ee rule recent gaa change ayyindi kada. He is working at the client site since 2016 since his first OPT started. Employer ni adigite ee kinda options cheptunnadanta:-

 

1. There is an other employee of the same mestri in that team working on H1. Mestri is saying he will submit documents showing this H1 employee is supervising him and that from now on he should submit weekly reports to this H1 employee. 

2. His OPT extension got approved and he started working there before USCIS changed this rule on their website text. So they will reply back mentioning that this employment started before the rules were changed.

Ilaa evarikanna padind RFE. What are his chances? December lo marriage set ayyindi ataniki. He is really worried now..

Clause 1 work avvochu antunnadanta attorney.. But USCIS training employer location lo avvali ante kashtam..

yeah eppude 1st time paduthundi rfe e scenario lo so evariki antha knowledge undakapovachu better to contact murthy or some other attorney for 2nd opinion

Murthy vallato indake maatladadu.. Looks like some employers are planning to sue USCIs and get a hold on this rule.. Let's see..

Meeru H1B enduku antha serious tesukuntaru. If marriage is based on H1B and US settlement ask him to cancel now.Future lo H1B deny avute in laws and pellam torture tho chachipotadu

Obvious gaa ippudu marriage cancel chestaru ammayi parents H1 deny aite. Anni untene ammayilu dekatledu India lo back velite without savings lite antaru.. More than that he has a lot of financial responsibilities including home loan for parents and his brother's tution fees etc..
