Short film is one layer.... That's not even the point whether they submitted or not. It's about their lifes..mainly Vivek coming out depression phase and stop fearing and Karthik living his true life and stop pretending. 

I agree that there are too many characters and director failed to convey the message properly. Telugu audience isn't mature yet to receive multi layered screenplays . But, it's a good film which can be watched once...2.5 hours of laughs, great acting by new comers

Its the job of the critics to explain the movie to the audience bhayya.

critiquing a movie is a specialist job. cinema ni trash cheyyatam kooda oka art laaga.

vaadu adhi edho multi layer screenplay ni kashtapadi think chesthey, ee critic 'interval bang good, 1st half boring, 2nd half pace picks up' ani chinna pilladi laaga movie meedha raasthey evadikaina manduthundi. haha..
