turtle
Vijayawada to Singapore ki flight service survey kosam public respinse request seyabadindi as below. Public responded heavily. FInancial clearance and DGCA clearance for air service are the only requirements that AP govt. required as explained below. weekly two trips tho atleast chartered flights run seyyali ani AP govt. decided in the worst case scenario of no private airlines gets permission. Also requested Silk air to run service and any losses will be fulfilled by state govt. with viability gap funding method.
turtle
APADCL ceo went to delhi to get necessary approvals from center govt. on June 13 itself.
turtle
But center did not agree that Silk air runs direct charter flights from SG to vijayawada or through viability gap funding method(losses paid by ap govt. due to low occupancy). So they said these methods are only available for desi airlines but not for foreign airlines. So any foreign airlines must fly back with the same passenger it brought into desi destination. So instead Central Air agency is inviting bids for desi airline serivces to run this route service. so it will take atleast another 6 months to get realized. CBN can't do anything if Center does not cooperate. idi fact.
turtle
NTR airport in vijayawada currently in heavy expansion mode so that aircraft with atleast 180 seats capacity will be landed so that international destinations can be offered by air lines. This month onwards they are starting immigration and customs division so that international passengers can travel directly to NTR airport. Emirates already offered they may start dubai service if all clearances are provided by central agency. They are doing ground work. so sit tight.
