its violation of HR policies to work for multiple companies at the same time, one side consulting is different story (consulting to FTE lo, its possible as mestri can post them as bonus or something as final payout)

HR has enough checks and balances to find this out through payroll (as both are FTE), your record get filtered out during payroll automation, HR folks will find it out when talking to ADP/other payroll companies

so simple ga cheppali ante.. aa 2 months 2 jobs chesi.. 2 months taravata jobless avutaavu... you can use 60 day grace period for finding another job if you are lucky.. by the way.. companies do update other agencies reason for firing during malpractices..the third party agencies are used by other employers to do BG checks on you

Two pay rolls for 40hrs run vathayi which should not happen so u can decide now

I am sitting home and working two in India.two phones and 4 monitors. Wife also working... but has to go to office daily. Intiki voche sariki she will be all dead
