Reasonable universities lo kuda PhD ki options vunnai, and people have done it, PhD ante 24*7 vadi kalla mundu vundatam kaadu and initial years lo course work vuntundii appudu. When you pay fee for PhD without taking any funding you can manage partime initial days atleast course work varaku then research is all dependent on your professor and your thesis topic.

I talked about reasonable universities only. Managing part time is different from managing a full time job. Here context is doing a FT job on CPT and doing phd for the same ( Maintaining status).

But those good universities are for citizens not for non citizens.
