need suggestions about my career change, ippudu manual QA ga chestunna..10yrs exp....opportunities are going down...looking towards development side..

pls konchem suggestions ivvandi..thinking about javascript...node.js React...

 

Also, I learnt selenium automation coding very well but looks like this is not enough...bayata interviews lo they are asking for selnium+maven+jenkins inka evo..I am not able to decide...

Ippudu dev lo ki move avvadam possible aa..konchem help cheyyandi pls...
