Too many h1b denials happening... even its FTE or EVC model

guys.. looks like h1b denials are getting worsen.. out of 8 h1b  filings happened in last 3 months in my project 5 got denied

ma office lo ee week lo apply chesina 4 contractors ki 3 years approved. premium lo chesaru...everybody got approvals in 4 days

if ur h1 goes to nebraska, low risk of denials (which u need is same lca as last h1 and same employer for qualification for this service center)

vermont -- little more risk than nebraska....(mostly eastern and southern states)

california - high risk of denials(mostly midwest and west)

 

above all this, u need luck....never know how the mood of the officer will be(just like a girl's mind, always fluctuating)

Na friends ki rfes paddayi but approved . Same with me . I wasn’t ever in EVVC model in my career but e sari EVVC model too .
