Properties rates are too high in Hyderabad . Am looking for commercial properties but unable to find with proper documentations. Now a days I can find out only commercial space in all big n new complexes which is not used as a property in future. It's just  like FD with higher ROI.  And in Gachhi bowli n madhapur side all of them are assigned lands and we don't  what will happen with these lands in future. We can't take risks with our hard earned money.
