Mine got approved too in May. Level 2, SOC:1132 , EVVC , Vermont center

1st petition ki speciality occupation vachindi but inko petition vesukunnam and approved for 3 yrs.

Are you guys keeping PO ? If so, how long ? Usually, PO is not giving for long duration..right

Or just client letter and vendor letter ?

Mine was premium processing and took 3 days .. 

India lo dropbox vesanu .... adhi kuda stamped in 2 days ....

All this happened in the last 15 days ....

PO kudapedthunnaru andaru ...client letter lo duration mention chesthunnaru andhuke ...saying that this will go for so and so duration..that will actually cover the project duration coz p.o is renewed usually for six months..3 years ki iyyamante dobbamantadu..i dont think any client will do that..thats why they are looking very particularly abt the duration that we mention in the client letter..client letter leni vallaki kuda 3 years vachina situations unnai..one of my very close friends got it for 3 years ..recently..withouta client letter..guess its all luck based from here on..

may is old kadha amrita....ee madhya ante..kotha rules vachinaka..or propose chesinaka ani na uddesam...

regular processing aithe rfe ki response ichinaka entha time padtundhi? nadhi amendment plus extension...RFE ki july last week reply ichina... mari Premium processing ki upgrade aithe better ah? leka unnadanni kelukkunattu avtadha? i have it till march 2019 as of now.

true, client letter ledu naaku, i have added extended PO's from vendor for the next one yr

i have shown proofs of my work assignments from the last 3 yrs, affidavits lo project next 2 yrs untadi ani pettincha

i got 3 yrs, my extension happened in may this yr

got RFE for employer - employee relationship and resident address near to work location, got approval after answering RFE

March lo peak levels lo rfe and denials ayyayi . Na first application in March ki  rfe padindi speciality occupation this is second petition story . It’s better now . On a separate note evari petition appudu vallaki tough anipistundi .

this is my 5th h1 (4*3 yrs done).. first time RFE.. never used to file PP before. i went with PP this time..it has never been so bad in the past

but i am sure if you can provide good supporting documentation..it works

I guess RFE is a must no matter what..i would suggest to go with PP, you will have option to change job if you get SO RFE

my total documentation was around 300 pages, this included manager emails, jira profile, appreciation emails anything and everything to prove i am a critical resource and the job is specialty occupation

memo came out on Feb 22, the same day my packet reached U Cee Yes Cee Es..no option but went with current client without Client letter

Feb 22 memo kind of made client letter compulsory

i think peak was in July..probably still yet to peak
