All builders moved to Hyderabad, Regretting for going to Vijayawada

no stable government in AP, No confidence on PPT's of TDP

vs Hyderabad next 10 years stable government with lot of cash flow

 

Per captia Income of Vijayawada is far less compared to HYD

premium builders are quoting 8000 per sft in Vijayawada where with same amenities in HYD you can get for 5000 per sft.

Now people are thinking on grounds with real numbers

Vja and especially mangalagiri is always over pricey. oka 5-10 yrs back DSNR lo 30K/yard unde, appude Mangalagiri few areas lo 50k/yd undedi. hopefully, they come to reality.
