Just buy and hold. Long term lo ave manchi rates vastay. You just have to wait for the right time. Think about Hyderabad during TG agitation from 2010 to 2014. Sagam projects abandon chesinde akkada but right now HYD is hot property.

Per captia Income of Vijayawada is far less compared to HYD

premium builders are quoting 8000 per sft in Vijayawada where with same amenities in HYD you can get for 5000 per sft.

Now people are thinking on grounds with real numbers
