First and foremost, brainless pulkas and eenadu batch stay away.

Secondly, WTF...!!!!

To build a city, you want raise capital from open markets ? are you like insane idiot ?

1300 crores of worthy capital being invested in a dead zone ? CBN has just robbed away good financial capital which is meant to build or buy assets which give returns.

Instead, CBN wants to pay interest on the money raised by issuing bonds ? Is he an Idiot for life ? Borrowing from ADB or JICA or perhaps from those chinese guys will be much cheaper and such type of loans come with additional technology bind up from other countries which can better used to build.

CRDA does not have tax collection bracket. It cannot collect taxes. I wonder what is the earning source for CRDA to pay back ? by selling overvalued Amaravati lands?

or by profit earned by selling Singapore-Amaravati flight tickets?

Brain dead pulkas are celebrating that Amaravati bonds have been over subscribed by 1.5 times.

Duh..! That's comparatively an average response for the government-backed bonds.

Simple economics man...

CBN raising funds to build a capital. I mean...what do you mean by capital? what does he want to build?

Whatever he is going to build, all those things will barely return any money back in the lifetime. Do you think AP secretariat will pay back the amount invested on it? It's a dead investment.

and for a dead investment, he is paying interest. Thanks to investment encouragements and he has given tax-free holidays extending to 10 years and I wonder how CBN is going to ramp up tax collections to pay up for all these things ? and it's not an independent tax era, Its GST era where the state now has lesser control on tax regime.

and we all know the type of relation CBN has from central government and any help from the center is good as not going to happen.

This one is for pulkas

The hype over over subscribe of amaravati bonds is a myth. The reality is, the response to government backed bonds is comparitively poor especiallly when you think about the amounr raised and time it took to rasie.

I remember last time when govt issued oil bonds for 2.5 billion$, the amount was raised in less than an hour and this was way back in 2013.
