US is superior in mind games and propaganda, russia is great in arms innovation, if they had the luxury of US budget, they can improve quality by miles

Russia has so many systems that US still does not have clear deterrance

the power balance between US and Russia is very thin, their budgets are 10:1 or even lesser

if US has slightest chance, they wud have destroyed Russia by now..that only explains Russia's mysterious weapons and who is scared of them
