if you keep feeding the poor, poor will be poor and the middle class will become poor too... instead explore different areas and find the resources to feed the poor. Thats what India is always better off... 

India launched 104 satellites in a single attempt and out of those 94 satellites are from USA, remaining are from UAE, Netherlands, Khazakstha, Isreal and Germany

Never underestimate India or talk less of it... If you dont know how the dynamics of a country works please don't talk...

Bro... Kargil war lo India USA ni GPS ivvandi please ante dobbey annaru... now India created NAVIC on their own. Not just that India have created their own SLV, PSLV and other satellite launching vehicles...

nee antha space knoweldge lekapovachu gaani.. Even though it is different ball game, ISRO proved its mettle somany times and it amongst best now.  Do you know the funding of NASA and ISRO ? we are best at using our resources with in limits. 

Recent Mangalyaan was difficult and it was achieved with so much accuracy go read.
