Usual ga employer vellipoyina 30 days lo H1 revoke cheskuntadu. 6 Months impossoble. Evaro annattu unnadi potundi unchukunnadi potundi..Better wait till Feb 2019 and transfer or tell the other employer that you can join only after H1 approval..

Previously they suspended premium only for CAP cases, now thy are expanding it to Non CAP petitions also. Anyone looking to change to different employer(H1 Transfer), do an amendment now only has to file through regular processing. No premium processing.

Basic gaa job changes biscuit. Same project, same client or same FT job aite PP allowed. Rest all of the cases PP biscuited.

Sep 11th but i think FT vallu kuda now a days agutunnaru approval to join avuta ante. Naku work out kaledu kani that opportunity i told i can join only upon approval and manager was like thats alright.
