Sing nearly impossible now govt there is putting EP(something like H1B in us) quota per company and the companies are using their quota very carefully to recruit their most needed talent and their top management like Directors VP etc. If you are mostly a technical side guy in a non-niche field then forget Sing. Also salary should be more than S$10k

Malaysia opportunities there but pay is low even by Indian standards forget US/EU salaries. Antha liveable kuda kadu after living in the West. Still if you are interested try for FT jobs in Malaysia, jobstreet is good resource. Visa is fairly easy if you get FT job.
