India job offer good or not

Also did you work in India earlier?  then you have less chances to negotiate from start.  You cannot say Glassdoor or some ex company is offering this. they are okay to let you go for other companies.  Just saying other things you need to consider before taking the decision.

 

ivanni akkada correct ga trigger cehsinappudu you will have the same conversation and same questions posed infront of you. solve it there and get a security before you have decided to move. All these would take some time. but to be frank you will eb getting 20 Lk per annum with benefits . 

If you have not worked in INdia earlier, its not that easy when compared to US.

thanks dude..i never had exp in india..i finsihsed my masters in 2008 and started working..resently one ft took offer im hyd and moved back to some personnel reasons so i heard from him thet they are giving him 30plus..

check with your offshore HR on what it is you weigh..  simply if you dont have exp in INdia, it depends on which level they open the position. Then how many come for the interview and your manager. eg., if you are on a level 5 in US. they will open a level 4 or sometimes level 3. Also check in Glassdoor how much your company offers the same position

I would recommend something else, but how many wife and kids you have? and how old are they? accordingly will suggest further!!

ha ha 30 lks le pakka ..i think you will agree if i reveal the client name..but i know people who make more than that in this comp and ..they are no one comp to work with in the us 7 times straight in the row..

reality loki manaku valla anandham kanipiyyadhu bro.. I was self sufficient just to make sure I call once a day to home and spare 10 mins. but after I came to India, I see how relatives tell me how happy they are and they dont tell us, they share with their siblings and friends.
