berries, banana, pears, apples.. anything natural is great choice

it will stop you craving for junk, first few days disciplined ga unte.. it becomes easily a good snacking habit

nuts only if you have soak them for few hours, digestive disorders unna vallaki nuts will cause discomfort

Pears with 24% fibre will leave your tummy full for hours and also great for metabolism
