Same doing, i m too serious ani feedbacks coming..!buttering chayyadam raadhu naaku..standups lo too serious ga arising..bp bp coming sometimes.

Ekkuva friendly ga untey chanuvu teesukuntaru alani strict ga unte manalni dekharu. but I advice being friendly is a good option for a limited period of time.

nenu aithe ekkuva chanuvu ivvanu. Some times valla work chesi pedathanu so that they don’t feel bad about me all the time. Convey most of the requirements through email. I occasionally go out for lunch with them

i am not a lead .. but nenu choosina leads lo one of the lead use to assign some thing and tap in between about progress initially if its coming fine kool end result lo issue vunte things that need to be corrected chepe vadu kind of ela chesthe inka better vuntundhi discussion type lo vundhedhi .. 

incase if task is new he ask suggestion on how to handle and he comes up with some thing too and see which one could be better .. at the end work is complete and no complains from his manager .. but he works off his ass though .. 

point to be noted is team lo people eam cheyagalaru yevaru cheyagalaru ani telusukovadam .. in case task is urgent then appropriate peroson ki yevadam .. if not others who is not aware of the thing learning is opportunity yechevadu and pushes him with the one who knows it  and ask him to get that work done.

i have this doubt .. apart from company lo promoted kakunda outside if applying for a new position how do you guys handle in interview for such lead positions or any new technology interviews ?

say example lead or manager position vunte if i know technical stuff and say interview lo let say certain scenarios yela handle chestavu team lo ante may be i can answer .. but experience vundha ante yevadina yesthene kadh manaki aah experience vachedhi .. so how to apply outside for next level of position ?

 

in case of technology shift say without faking on resume say currently i have been working on x technology and i want to move to a different one with in company iyethe manager vachi this is new and has to be done ani simple ga chepestaru and manaki vacha radha training kavala anedhi chala takuva managers think chestaru. so yelati environment lo ok. Incase if we want to apply for new positions outside . ay X techonolgy lo working and applied to Y technology so how to prepare resume in this case where we know things  but dont have exposure ?
