US lo food stamps ki card ichinattu..should give a card which can be used to withdraw cash..

all non-related transactions on the card should be denied.

like US lo food stamps card..only grocery stores lo ne pani chestai...if the request comes from a non-registered store , the xaction declines..

example: Rythu Bandhu program lo monna farmers ki dabbul pancharu free ga, dani badalu cards ichi..only agriculture related stuff dorike places lo ne work ayettu chudali..

and those stores needs to be equipped with that functionality...needs more infra ...but worth spending money...
