andhulo audit report lo search for "urbanisation of elephant reserve" and read it. its a recent report tabled only few months back.

neeku opika leka pothey.. this fraud boi constructed buildings in the area that is marked as ecologically sensitive since 1994. and he applied for NOC from the concerned authority HACA only on 2017 for buildings he constructed many years ago. He still hasn't go it.

basically state govt can demolish his buildings anytime they want to, legally.
