May be they are doing it deliberately. Because, once they buckle up, KCR will start the campaign. Looks like they are scared of it, so want to keep TRS guessing rather, while doing subtle efforts to tarnish govt through media and silly personal attacks by dogs like Revanth Kukka and other Pulkas.
