Suggestion - Job

Naku oka 2 weeks back job vachindi in Utah .. PO vache mundu manager malla call setup chesi matladi she said prev consultant east coast nunchi ila vachi 2 months kuda undakunda he went back to east coast we are concerned if you would really move to Utah as we don't want same thing to repeat blah blah ani. That was my first week of marketing so i told i will move definitely and paperwork and BG are done. LCA kuda done.  Actually they wanted me to join on 15th but nenu vacation lo undadam valla i told i will join on 22nd and they said that's fine. 

Nenu vacation lo unna marketing apaledu usually i don't unless i start at a project as some projects don't start and this is last quarter. E roje naku East coast lo Tennessee lo project vachindi i mean friday came but employer sent paperwork back today to vendor. H1b Premium lekapovadam valla they converted FT to C2C.  They interviewed 3 rounds and they selected me. Last round lo they told me eventually this will become FT and they accept  H1b though they can't promise time frame.  That's a private company  which is growing unlike Utah State project.  Naku ippduu Tennessee project tesukovalani undi as thats a Tech Lead role and i passed 3 rounds of tough interviews. PO vachindi e roje and paperwork over. I have to join there on 29th. 

Is it unprofessional on my part to just take up Tennessee project ani alochistunna as Utah manager was skeptical if i would move and this came up 2-3 times with vendor. Interview taruvata kuda she confirmed that i am ok with relocation before they did paperwork.  Both same rate aey. Only thing is Tennessee project i am interested as it can go FT and easy move as i already live in east coast . Prime vendor kuda tidatademo if i give hand ani thinking as i told 100% join avuta ani as appudu that's only project i had in hand.  I appreciate suggestions.

Just do what do  you feel right.  Sometimes other suggestions won't workout as which is proved already in Denver project in your case.

Totally agreed. I have 1 more requirement with last round of interview on Tuesday.  It's easy to get interviews for Java.

Usually just paper work vaste i used to take it easy. Over and over adigaka vallu nenu over and over cheppa relocation is not issue 100% join avuta ani. Anduke feeling guilty. Also, prime vendor to i worked in a past project 2 yrs back relationship kuda potundi annitikanna nannu tidatadu for sure as assurance ichanu as thats only opportunity in hand at that point .

Actually you know what  the same Utah client but different team to Feb lo  job vachi adi hold loki poyindi and with same prime vendor kuda but appudu i was on a project so didn't care. 

Yeah mundu desam lo adugu petti cheptanu edo reason vetukoni but vallu fingerprinting anni appointments already scheduled for thursday as i told wednesday coming to US. WFH not an option ani requirement lone mentioned.

tell them you got better offer..with better pay.... and see if they can increase the pay..if you are interested

Yeah then lite, look at it this way. TN lo FT osthey you can stay there, antha bad place em kaadu plus if it's in Nashville it's an awesome city. I really liked it when I visited it, rest of TN somewhat backward but that shouldn't affect you. Ee rojullo ee visa golalu enduku happily take up FT there TN ki peddaga janalu move kooda kaaru so you will be stable in that job client ki kooda ekkuva mandi em dorakaru TN move ayye vallu ready ga. 

So I think everything points to you moving to TN, plus it's closer to the East coast.
