Same rate . 90$ to employer but I don’t know cost of living in SLC . Denver was expensive compared to east coast and I think Nashville is not an expensive place . Never been to both states don’t know really .

Utah inka bavuntundi anukunta nature wise . I saw some FB pics friends took . Mountain west states are scenic . Honestly first project vachinappudu awesome place anukunna though that feeling changed now because of second option.

If you are in java platform that’s not a rate which is difficult to get . Lead developer roles and tech lead roles ki easy that billing . 85$ below I didn’t work in recent years .

tennesse lo crime rate is high compared to Utah.

Tennessee lo crime rate Is it like Chicago ? Salt Lake City lo kuda crime ah I thought its a white dominated place ? Actually Office there is in downtown .

Salt Lake City  is awesome place. No doubt. Less crime and laid back as well

Okay .. actually mastu mandi cousins and family kuda unnaru calif lo . But thinking about project , career and little inclined because it’s not far by to Virginia. Saying this Utah project also has good tech stack but no thought of FT .

But if you move to West coast you won’t come back... it will be really tough to move to east coast again.

So many opportunities and awesome weather. Except Cost of living. Everything is good in California
