In times of uncertainty, especially with the way USCIS has been acting, issues with h1b's, I don't think an offer of 'future' FT is something you cannot depend on...

If I was in your situation, I will rather look at challenging situations and the environment surrounding the h1b. And I will definitely not think about career prospects or career path. I will rather look for safety and working with state departments is much safe than with 'perspective and growing' private company, in case if any further changes happen in H1b implementation, You may repent taking a wrong decision leaving behind the Utah state project.

The private player at Tennesse may convert this role from FT to C2C, may offer you FT in the days to comes and future prospects appear bright and challenging...all this goes well only when they materialize. 

Private company, so decisions change quickly and rapidly and implement with in no time.

This already converted from FT to C2C as no premium processing. Interview lo they asked if I will come full time if offered next year . 1 year  taruvata possibility undi ani chepparu but contracting we never know kada . Stable unna project security clearance dey project went to Assam and was closed but thinking to take a chance. 

There are no guarantees to federal or state projects too . My federal project ended in 10 days though they invested money on clearance . It’s all about project situation and management decisions which we can’t anticipate before .

Virginia may be a good state, Brambleton is such a nice place to live...Fox Cinemas near by, and all those desi community near by....Batukamma panduga iragateestunaru...affordability wise, Utah may be better. 

Ashburn do have a good school district but it may be irrelevant to you at this stage 🙂

Buying a home in Virginia, err....Leesburg may be better option at 500k

Exactly...that's what I'm trying to say...I mean my point...! a lot of promises happen..client gadiki avasaram vunte FT role c2C ki chestadu...avasaraniki FT kuda offer chestadu...avasaram teerinaka thanks for all your effort, good luck for yoru future endeavors ani kuda cheptadu...at that point of time, What about your career prospects, growth ?
