Android_Halwa Posted October 14, 2018 Report Share Posted October 14, 2018 In times of uncertainty, especially with the way USCIS has been acting, issues with h1b's, I don't think an offer of 'future' FT is something you cannot depend on... If I was in your situation, I will rather look at challenging situations and the environment surrounding the h1b. And I will definitely not think about career prospects or career path. I will rather look for safety and working with state departments is much safe than with 'perspective and growing' private company, in case if any further changes happen in H1b implementation, You may repent taking a wrong decision leaving behind the Utah state project. Stable unna project security clearance dey project went to Assam and was closed but thinking to take a chance. There are no guarantees to federal or state projects too . My federal project ended in 10 days though they invested money on clearance . It’s all about project situation and management decisions which we can’t anticipate before .
