Governments cannot undo favors without a competitive bidding/proposals that is the whole point here..Anil-Relainace was mentioned in the agreement unilaterally. why preference to Anil irrespective of his failures in other domains adi enko question

10% is not the main issue since that is common aspect for any contract work. The biggest upsetting factor is AAG is totally incapable and lack any kindnof experience in this domain and that is one of the reasons why france blew the whistle

The agreement doesn’t give scope to negotiate with other companies that is the contention here, contracts like this run into several laks of crores and ethically and legally one cannot give preference to one person or company unless it is government owned. Once you go the open market you will have several quotes, market research  etc on which you base your decision.
