Basically ,his contracts are funded by Govt and he subcontracts them to big companies like Zarubezhvodstroy Public Limited Company, Russia, Continental Engineering Corporation, Taiwan, Atlantia S.P.A, Italy, Galfar Engineering and Contracting SAOG, Oman, Ratna Infrastructure Projects Pvt. Ltd, IL&FS, SEW Infra Limited, NCC Ltd, HES Infra, Patel, Backbone projects.

 

Basically , he invests nothing..takes advance from Govt and sub contract the work to other companies

For EPC projects,the contractor estimates the cost of projects and submits to Govt.Who ever quotes less,will get project

Basically for Rs 100 work,they estimates the cost cost Rs 400 and propose to do work for Rs 425..and remaining bidders bidders /contractors(form ring) will take commission from main bidder and quote slightly higher  ..if some contractor does not agrees and quote Rs 120..etc,will be forced to withdraw bid by threatening or offering money..if both are not worked..they will do it officially from Govt side ..sighting reasons that the bids are technically/financially not eligible etc
