I drive slowly and follow all the rules. inthavaraku nenu gaani nannu gaani evadu guddala. so naaku procedure teleedu. In this chaos, I forgot to take her details (I know I was dumb and stupid). Tana car ki dent padindi peddadi Passenger front. She took all my details.

 

Tanu naa insurance ki call chesi plate firayisthundani telisi nenu naa insuarance ki munde call chesa chesi jarigindi antha explain chesa. What are my options now.  Insurance ppl gave me a claim # and said they'll wait for her call.

ninnu backside ninchi guddindante.. she is at fault.. period.. parking or not parking.. doesn't matter

you calling your insurance is a mistake as the claim will be on your records, you should have called her insurance without claim on your record

insurance companies bluff lies a lot, they say its the other party's mistakes to both the parties..fact is your insurance increases 

simple dents ki should have simple paid you off for dent without insurance at all.. desis kada chilalra gola untadi

remember for next time, you involve your insurance only when your car is badly damaged and you need a car rental and you are at fault anyway

Dont worry claiming insurance is not that easy now a days ...wait for the call for the insurance personnel they will consider your version too and do some checks to see if the claim is legitimate ....then only they will release the claim amount.
