ippudu pedha market ledhu aa tool lo, java nerchukoni jobs try chedam anukuntunna (some progeamming language where there will be jobs all the time)

how difficult it will be learning and working in java at this point? On H1B, and IT background.

It's not difficult at all if you invest 2-3 hrs everyday for may be 3-4 months.
