As long as properties prices keep raising in India , most wont mind.

It is other issue that they can't get that money back to here. But they will die with satisfaction of getting died as rich.

most of them are not sure where to settle....india lo investment cheyakapothe..sudden ga velthe...without proprty/lands...u will live same life style as indians living...asthulu lekpaothe...only savings tho em chesthav ? 5-8 yr back 1cr correct ga invest chesthe ipudu easy ga  2 cr untadhi...

idi seppaku...Many settle here I have only seen few cases in 100s who went back. Eventually, they will never go back ....aastulu anta aastulu sachina tarvaata kooda nee aastulu atla ne untai kaani nuvvu vaadavu pettavu....Rather invest here in buying home, nice vehicle, 401k, S&P bonds, stocks, options..

where ever i settle..i think my kid gonna study here or somewhere right...

i need to put enough for her to come out of college debt free...as long as i hold that part for kid..

im fine.. and rest of the investments which i make will be for me and wife.

invested 80L in amaravthi land boom it became 1.4Cr ..... just 2years ago ...power of inflation in india ...
