Quinoa vs Chapati

BF oats with peanut butter and honey 

lunch quinoa with curry 

before gym pulpy  orange juice fresh made form sams 

dinner  may be fruits sprouts soaked peanuts  beans chick peas etc.. 

 let me what to change 

i run for 2 miles per day and so elliptical for 30 mts

Juice kante full tinochu ga bujja better you won't loose fibre content in it...

Dinner koncham early finish cheyyi as much as you can.

Ditch honey. Use only steel cut oats, no instant oatmeal junk. 

No processed fruit juices, better make your own juice from freshly squeezed oranges in a blender(Nutribullet etc). 

Eat rice with beans/chick peas etc for dinner instead of eating gluten filled wheat.

Do resistance training and HIIT instead of running 2 miles and ditch the elliptical.
