okay to answer your question Quinoa/ chapathi( whole wheat dhi anukuntanuv cheppeydhi)neku edhi istham ayite adhi laginchu but most people prefer quinoa it cause of its protein contentand also hype  ( again kontha mandiki protein is not suited well it all depends upon body type ) 

naku telesi FAT rich food is ideal who is lazy ass like me ... Fat ante edho anukunev subaranga avacado, coconut oil , kobbari mukka ( lol ) whole eggs laginchu 

Fat enta anedhi kuda depends on ur needs .. ante weightloss ante u need around 70 -100 gms 

Ee  gola naku  oddu saami ante oka pani chei roju first thing in the morning coffee lo kastha 3 tbs cocnut oil/ 2 tvs whip cream add chesi taagu and eat half avacado and some nuts 

eggs tinta Ana inka super make omelet with coconut oil and eat 

No need to change any other meal plan ( eating more veggies is preferred though ) 

remember this rule FAT FIRST ( ante day beginning lo start your meal with FAT

its the most easy on ur digestive system grain ! Happy ga white rice with pappu( protein), avakai ( probiotic) , ghee ( good day )  laginchandi

That's because a one-third of Indian cuisine is vegetarian making Indian cuisine a good choice for vegans and vegetarians.
