EB3 or EB2 ?

already have 140  under EB2 from previous employer .. now FT company is filing perm.. they asked me. if i want it to be under EB3 or EB2?  edhi better  e time lo?  priority date is in  2014

Go for eb2..eb2 to eb3 is easy..when ur eb3 is current and if u have eb2 u can file 1485 easily with new 140 petion..but eb3 to eb2 kastam..new perm file needed..already eb3 ni Assam chesthunnaru with downgrading..in next 1-2 yrs eb2 will be fine..

EB3 is suppose to move faster..but CO pulka gaadu is wasting EB3 visas and allocating more to EB1/EB2.. edaite movement untadani anukuntunnavo daani benefits 2011 and beyond undavu.. edaina okate.. GC process is just for getting extensions..

if your PD is 2012 and beyond, plan for canada or other countries.. stay here as long as H1B is approved...there are 216K  principal applications till 2016 for EB2...hardly 3K allocate avutunnayi..
