this has nothing to do with the feeling that he is losing in AP...He will surely win in AP...he wants to bring pressure on BJP regarding special status and make sure they solely dont come to power in 2019 polls so that they will grant special status if they need TDP support to form govt at the center...if not congress will give special status as he may support now...
