Is this sufficient? Not a lot of reps, 5x5 but the weights are super heavy. 240, 350, and 365

These are compound exercises. Oke saari multiple muscles ni hit chesthadi.

you can join crossfit get all the techniques and you can do it yourself in local gym. By the way what are you doing for warmup.. 20 minutes warmup is most important.
