Is this sufficient? Not a lot of reps, 5x5 but the weights are super heavy. 240lbs, 350lbs, and 365 lbs.

are you trying to look bulky then more weights and less reps  this is very effective method... neil hils method edi... but you can always combine with  different places you hold the bar so it targets inner middle and outer muscles

overhead shoulder press...abs...cardio.. also important..   be careful  with dead lift... proper form unte great excericse. adhi.. but form lekunda   heavy weight tho dead lift chesthe..you will f*ck up lowerback
