to India, you can business for $2500

reach out to these new service...skylux

normally they quote a price but many people dont neogtiate...but the reality, you can negotiate and knock down the price..

in April 2018, my wife travelled from LAx to Hyd via Etihad, entie business class for $2600....listing price was $5000, skylux offered for $4000 and eventually bargained got a deal for $2600.

Again April was a off season and might have got such a rate....but look out for sch bargain services...there are many players in the market now.

Itle okati takkuvani nenu chesaa bhayya qatar ki (economy travel - 500 less unde).. chukkalu choopinchaadu travel agent.. donga cards tho book cheyyadam, cancel kaavadam.. last ki pettukoni velte.. reimburse ani adani, idani.. finally paypal lo cancel chesaa.. it was unnecessary headache anipinchindi.. glad it worked well for you.

Do you know how they give it for that price?

If you need it very quickly - deal with brokers.

They "buy" miles from others and sell to others leveraging award/mileage tickets on diff airlines.

The mileage game is kind of tricky but not rocket science. You need to keep up with the rules, restrictions, fuel charges, partners, availability etc.

Again it is understandable with effort.

If you have time and patience along with responsible credit card spending behavior - you can fly in elite class which you cannot afford with cash.

Before reading below - make sure to thoroughly understand before jumping into the water. When done with full understanding you will do well. If not the "hobby" sucks you in.

I have flown business class to India, SE Asia, and Europe several times. Flew Lufthansa & Etihad first class as well. It is amazing. All with miles only.

Below is a starter email I send to friends and family for getting started in the game (no referral links)

From a very high level stand point know what you want, understand what it takes to achieve that, device a strategy to achieve that goal. Basically reverse engineer.

This is what I feel is a good start:

Different mileage currencies available.
Difference between individual program rewards and transferable currencies.
Airline redemption charts & options. This is the most interesting and difficult part.
Credit card bonus rules with each bank.
Limitations from each issuer.

How many miles is too many miles? Only you can answer.

To start off I like the below links as good starting points:

This hobby is interesting but it consumes a lot of time/energy/research. I would never say you can travel for free. It is all about traveling for as less as possible.
Do not apply for credit cards without reading all of these first. I can suggest many data points to start.

Many of the posts on manufactured spending on the internet have stale information and tricks that are not working for everyone.

Some other useful websites:
awardwallet.com — To keep track of all your miles.
rewardstock.com — You can plug in all you balances and put a route and see what all options are possible with miles
pointimize.com  — Heard same as reward stock concept but never tried it.
expertflyer.com  — You can search award seats for different airlines and you can set alerts too. I have paid membership and can help you if needed.

Above only kickstarts the game and helps you decide how you want to proceed (if you want to).
As you might have guessed I love to talk and discuss about this for days.

If you have questions, PM Me.
