naa circle lo chala mandhi...excercise edo bhaaram la feel aitharu...adhi oka extra curricular activity laga treat chestharu...

thindam, padukovadam entha important ooo, basic work out kooda anthey important..walking chesina chalu ..daily oka 30 minutes..

ee janalaki ela cheppalo ardham kadu...

post lo unna vyakthi workout cheyyakapovadam valla poyadu ani nenu anadam ledu..general ga chepthunna..

okka sari health gudisthey, recover avvadam chala kastam, adhi telsukovali,

anni bagunnappudu em gurthuku radu, oka sari mancham meeda padithey telusthadi

no food control, no work out, kastam ila aithey

same here... but i am trying to make sometime atleast to go out for a run for 30mins twice a week, that will keep the system flowing
