uncle..Rera act has nothing to do with amaravathi or any other city...all projects should be register and only sell after registering...this gives the customer the right to fight legally on the promises made by the builder...RK venuizea ani kadtunnaru...its using the same shear wall technology as  CRDA is claiming ..it costs more but it takes less time to complete

AP RERA rule uncle adi...aina RERA rules all over country 80-85% same...rest 15% is tweaked by each state accordingly
