Mr.Genius Bhaigan, Did India won kargil war easily??   I live hastinapuram hyd, close to  to major Padmapani Acharya  HOME, who died in Kargil....  Pakistan was at good chances to win the war . Its ISREAL who helped india... do you did was affordable to ammunition during weeks of war?   No india was struggling.... and was trying to talk with other countries like russia... Yes, Israel was the most dependent ally india had during that course. if it wasnt Israel, we would have lost major part of Kashmir.

Rafael planes are being manufactured in France, not India and they are being manufactured by Dassault Aviation but not Anil Ambani. The first two deliveries are going to happen early 2019 and first two planes have not started test flights already and by 2022, all 36 will be delivered. 

Rafael deal close ayindi, flights are being assembled b Dassault and now you have issues with whether the production has started or not...
