Taj Mahal gets about 7-8 million domestic visitors each year and about 0.8 to 1 million foreign visitors every year..

foregners ticket 100 kabatti, go with round figure of 1 million foreign visitors, which generates one billion revenue only by sale of tickets

Now, domestic tourists...7 million esuko...generates 315 million rupees by sale of tickets..

Now put both figures together, sum of domestic tourists and foreign tourists which is sum of 1 billion and 315 million which equals 1.315 billion rupees....To make it simple, 100 crores equals 1 billion and 315 million equals 31.5 crores...

ante, only by ticket sales, the annual revenue is 130 crores.

Now, I wonder where you come up such a '30 crore' revenue figure.

It makes sense, my view is with increasing tourism other initiatives will be sourced through this.

Just take a vague guess, here we have n no. Of places which are of tourism based and most of them are high prices for statues, nature based locations ( GC, Mountains, Lakes, Rivers, YS parks..etc many) all are national parks and have entry fee just to click photos. We don’t have any in India even though we have locations which can be revamped, tourism is not planned, its maintainable and one time investment for long run. May not be pleasing for you or next gen. Definitely after 1decade, that will start attracting people around world.

Obvisouly other issues listed in post such as potholes, pollution, education, sanitary etc are also most important for people.

Swach Bharath drive did clean up to some extent it’s people who have to follow to keep city surroundings clean.
