GHMC was one of the first municipal corporations to implement such thing. way back in 2013-2014 lo ne oka 10 services implement chesinaru...and right now, about 40-50 services including trade licenses, renewals, property permissions, date of birth and death registrations, resident certificates etc lanti majority of them are now at online disposal with turn fixed turn around time.

GHMC Online service anukunta but I don’t think there is door step delivery . 😂

Online service ante,  niku kavalsina documents or edaina, PDF lo download aitadi...print teesi panduga chesukovadam..

door step ante post lo deliver chestadu...anthekani govt official vachi mee intiki vachi emi pani chesi pettadu

ARticle chadavakunda comment seethe gitlane pappu lo kaalu vestaru. In Delhi AAP govt official will come your home and biometric and photo and take applications .

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Under the scheme, a person dials a 24x7 helpline, 1076, and the call centre takes details and informs her about the documents required and the payment to be made for the service sought for.

This costs Rs 50. After an appointment is booked (slots are available between 8 am and 10 pm), a mobile sahayak (facilitator) carrying a biometric device and a camera visits the home. And a delivery process starts. The person gets a confirmation text.

The services include certificates for marriage, birth, caste, income and disability, besides driving licences, ration cars, domiciles and water connections. Most calls are related to requests for various certificates that revenue and transport departments issue. So far, 15,621 applications (10,000 revenue and 5,621 transport) have been disposed and certificates/licences home-delivered.
