town homes ki hoa ekkuva untadi. Roof cleaning, exteriors will be taken care by hoa. Sonthamga chesukuntey inka thakkuva ki avuthundi. But our lazyness will not let us do it.

in my opinion, neigjbourhood, school zones are more imp than this

if you paying a lot of HOA for SF, dude not sure where you are living.....are you sure you are living in SF, some communities are named SF, but they are registered as Conos....go check ur auditor site 

 

and you pay a ton of property taxes for SF, city will take care of most the stuff for you, because you pay taxes......oka sari research cheyendra babuuu
