Atlanta . Traffic ekkuva in some cities but still a good place to settle down. Texas andariki nachadu.  Austin is a good bet though.

Atlanta and Dallas have the same cost of living.. Dallas has no state tax but real estate taxes are very high. On a 400k home you will pay at least 7k more in real estate taxes in Dallas compared to Atlanta..So if you compare in total Atlanta's taxes are much lower..

Adv of having too many desis = same thing...school motham desi kids...so basically mana culture lo education ki baaga importance istham...so school lo pillalu andaru decent gaa chadive type....ade mixed races undi, valla pillalu andaru chadive type kaadu + drugs, smoking, drinking early age lo sex etc etc vaatiki mana kid kuda balipotharu.

paina cheppina points exact 100% accurate ga avthundi ani kaadu....but chances are it might happen.

Agreed.. house kontey Texas lo any city is ROD...
